been searching for the best definition of the phrase power tripping.. (whew!)
and so let me just borrow this one,

power tripping is having a particular obsession with or unrealistic view of one's power.

been working in this account for about 1 year and 2 months.
and dito ko natutunan ang real meaning ng power tripping.
we have 8 supervisors(i think) some pretends to be one.. lol :)
all of them, may sari-sarili clang style (i'm not talking about fashion here, you know what i mean ;p )


let's start to ms. fashionista (take it as a compliment).
she got the style, fashion, the trend.. the body i should say.
pero when it comes to supervising, ai teh! you're such a
....uhm!
haha...
ganito sya, she's like gimikera so syempre friendly sya sa lahat .. ay, hindi rin pala. choosy din xa :) kelangan kunin mo ang kanyang kiliti :))
so there, kwento dito kwento doon. ang mga agents naman paniwalang paniwala na every conversation, hindi makakalabas and will be considered as personal, not against work.
so kwento cla ng mga hinain about their account,. nung appraisal na, guess what haha ang comment ni supe fashionista kay agent, lahat ng kwinento ni agent about sa company! lol.. too much of being back stabber.


next, c supe seasonal. or should i say emotional? haha..
eto kcng supe na to, may karelasyon na dating agent which is on the same account. halatang halata mo pag LQ cla, paglumapit ang agent to ask for some assistance, well dadabugan ka nitong c supe seasonal. but that's very rare naman, infairness to him. and yun lang, much much :)

lastly, c supe the best (pero parang mas bagay un supe feeling the best)..
she is sooo pa-bibo! one thing that really pissed me off is; sya yung nag-aapproved ng mga PTO(filed leaves).
we have this rule, that who ever filed it first, sya un may big chance na mkakuha ng approval.
pero sa rule nitong supe na to, it's a big no-n0. pag agent ka na, YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!
she will do everything for the sake of her performance rating kahit against sa lahat. i was once a victim, pinakita nya pa sakin un list ng mga nagfile for leaves, and i was the first. sabi nia i-retract ko kc need ng agent nya, hndi ako pumayag but eventually yung application ko ang hindi na-approve. when it comes to personal, she'll make you feel that you can rely on her. that everything will be kept as a secret, pero kinabukasan pa lang, alam na ng lahat.

there's so much more to tell.. how i wish maka-realate kahit hindi nagwwork sa call center.

Bullies, that's what i like to call it.they will keep bullying as long as it works — as long as it makes them feel more powerful.

Others are more reserved and tricky and may not want to be recognized as harassers or tormentors. They try to control by talking, saying the right thing at the right time, and lying. This type of bully gets his or her power secretively through manipulation and deception.

well. well.. ang masasabi ko lng, ang chaka. It won't work forever guys. So galingan niyo nalang until you got your last chance ;)
